Hello Spring! Hello, the Sun and the noisy birds! I wish I could steal a little piece of the Sun so that it stays inside of me forever. Luckily, nature has created delicious and sunny mangos and bananas, which are full of vitamins, nutrients and lots of warmth from the Sun that has been nourishing them day after day. Just look at these healthy and beautiful bowls that I've made today.
Frozen Smoothie with Mango and Bananas
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 bowl
1/2 big ripe mango 🥭
1/2 big ripe banana 🍌
4 tbsp of coconut 🥥 cream
4 tbsp of water
some coconut flakes and hazelnuts for decoration
In fact, there is nothing easier, than making a smoothie. You just put everything together into a smoothie maker or blender and mix until smooth. But there is one little secret to make your smoothie especially creamy and exciting - freeze your fruits in advance! I just slice them into big chunks right after buying, when they are super fresh and yummy, and freeze. My fridge is always full of mango, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cherries and other yummy thingies!
